National Institute of Mental Health; Meeting
Pursuant to Pub. L. 92-463, notice is hereby given of the meeting
of the Board of Scientific Counselors, NIMH, of the National Institute
of Mental Health for November 1994.
In accordance with the provisions set forth in section 552b(c)(6),
Title 5, U.S.C. and sec. 10(d) of Pub. L. 92-463, the entire meeting
will be closed for the review, discussion, and evaluation of staff
scientists and individual programs and projects. The subject matter to
be reviewed contains information of a confidential nature, including
consideration of personnel qualifications and performance, the
competence of individual investigators, and similar items, the
disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of
personal privacy.
