Revised Statute 2477 Rights-of-Way
AGENCIES: Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, Fish and
Wildlife Service, Interior.
ACTION: Proposed rule; reopening of comment period.

SUMMARY: A proposed rule to implement Revised Statue 2477 addressing
rights-of-way across lands now administered by the Bureau of Land
Management, the National Park Service, and the Fish and Wildlife
Service was published in the Federal Register on August 1, 1994 (59 FR
39216), with a 60-day comment period expiring September 30, 1994. The
comment period was extended until November 15, 1994, in response to
public request by a notice published in the Federal Register on
September 13, 1994 (59 FR 46952). In response to additional public
requests, the comment period is being reopened for an additional 60
days.
DATES: The period for the submission of comments is hereby extended
until January 20, 1995. Comments postmarked after this date will not be
considered as part of the decisionmaking process on issuance of the
final rule.
