FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION

Notice of Matter To Be Withdrawn From Consideration at an Agency 
Meeting

    Pursuant to the provisions of the ``Government in the Sunshine 
Act'' (5 U.S.C. 552b), notice is hereby given that the following matter 
will be withdrawn from the agenda for consideration at the open meeting 
of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation 
scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 1994, in 
the Board Room on the sixth floor of the FDIC Building located at 550-
17th Street, N.W., Washington, DC:

    Memorandum and resolution re: Final amendments to Part 330 of 
the Corporation's rules and regulations, entitled ``Deposit 
Insurance Coverage,'' which (1) require that certain written 
disclosures be made by insured depository institutions to employee 
benefit plan depositors in certain situations in order to reduce the 
uncertainty about whether such accounts are eligible for ``pass-
through'' deposit insurance coverage and to provide a timely 
disclosure to such depositors when such coverage no longer is 
available; and (2) make two technical amendments to Part 330 
involving the insurance rules for joint accounts and the accounts 
for which an insured depository institution is acting as a 
fiduciary.
