NATIONAL FOUNDATION ON THE ARTS AND THE HUMANITIES
Partnership Advisory Panel Meeting
Pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(Public Law 92-463), as amended, notice is hereby given that a meeting
of the Partnership Advisory Panel to the National Council on the Arts
will be held on December 2-4, 1996. The panel will meet from 9:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. on December 2, from 9:00 to 5:00 on December 3, and from
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on December 4, 1996 for application review.
Guideline and policy discussion will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00
p.m. on December 4. This meeting will be held in Room 714, at the Nancy
Hanks Center, 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20506.
This meeting will be open to the public on a space available basis.
If, in the course of discussion, it becomes necessary for the Committee
to discuss non-public commercial or financial information of intrinsic
value, the Committee will go into closed session pursuant to subsection
C(4) of the Government in the Sunshine Act, 5 U.S.C. 552b.
Any person may observe meetings, or portions thereof, of advisory
panels which are open to the public, and may be permitted to
participate in the panel's discussions at the discretion of the panel
chairman and with the approval of the full-time Federal employee in
attendance.
