Natural Gas Clearinghouse; Order Granting Blanket Authorization 
To Import Natural Gas From Canada and Mexico and To Export Natural Gas 
to Canada and Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Natural Gas Clearinghouse 
authorization to import up to a combined total of 600 Bcf of natural 
gas from Canada and Mexico and to export up to a combined total of 330 
Bcf of natural gas to Canada and Mexico. The term of this authorization 
is for a period of two years beginning on the date of the initial 
import or export delivery after October 31, 1995, whichever occurs 
first.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs docket room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, DC 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
