Public Hearing in New York: Railroad Accident

    In connection with its investigation of the Rear End Collision of 
New York City Transit 0531-J Passenger Train With New York City Transit 
0548-M Passenger Train on the Williamsburg Bridge, Between the Buroughs 
of Manhattan and Brooklyn, in the City of New York, on June 5, 1995, 
the National Transportation Safety Board will convene a public hearing 
at 9:00 a.m., (est) on November 29 and 30, 1995, at the Borough of 
Manhattan Community
