Distrigas Corporation; Order Granting Long-Term Authorization To 
Import Liquefied Natural Gas

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Distrigas Corporation long-
term authorization to import from Trinidad and other countries, up to 
100 Bcf per year of liquefied natural gas beginning on delivery of the 
first shipment of LNG.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue SW., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
