Description of Proposal: Duke Energy Corporation proposes to lease to Bridgewater IV, LLC. one parcel of land underlying the project reservoir (a total of 0.577 acres) for a proposed commercial residential marina. The proposed lease area would accommodate 2 cluster boat docks and provide access to the reservoir for residents of the Astoria Subdivision. The proposed docks would accommodate 20 boats. No dredging is proposed.
