ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document dismisses a proposal to allot Channel 262A at
Powers, Michigan. A Notice of Proposed Rule Making was issued in
response to a petition filed by Results Broadcasting of Iron Mountain,
Inc. See 63 FR 39804, July 24, 1998. With this action, this proceeding
is terminated.
