Iron and Steel Sector of the Common Sense Initiative; Notice of 
Open Meeting

    The Environmental Protection Agency is convening a meeting of 
persons interested in the Iron and Steel sector of the Agency's Common 
Sense Initiative. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss 
potential issues or projects that the sector may choose to pursue. The 
meeting will be held at the Old Colony Inn, 625 First Street, 
Alexandria, Virginia from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time 
on Wednesday, December 14, 1994. Time will be allotted during the
