Kansok Partnership; Notice of Change of Time of Informal 
Settlement Conference

November 18, 1994.
    Take notice that the informal settlement conference in the above-
captioned proceeding scheduled for Monday, November 21, 1994, at 2:00 
P.M. in Room 3400-D at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, will 
begin at 10:00 A.M. rather than the originally-scheduled 2:00 P.M.
    Attendance will be limited to the parties and participants, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102 (b) and (c). Persons wishing to become a 
party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status pursuant to 
section 385.214 of the Commission's regulations.
