California; Amendment #7; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective 
November 16, 1994, to extend the deadlines for filing applications for 
physical damages as well as economic injury resulting from the 
Northridge earthquake and subsequent aftershocks beginning on January 
17 and continuing through April 22, 1994. The new deadline for both 
physical damages and economic injury is January 20, 1995.
