Correction

     In notice document 96-29367 beginning on page 58605 in the issue 
of Friday, November 15, 1996 make the following corrections:
    1. On page 58605, in the third column, in the fourth line from the 
bottom, ``(Insert 60 days from publication date)'' should read 
``January 14, 1997''.
    2. On page 58606, in the first column, in the seventh line, 
``(Insert 30 days from publication date)'' should read ``December 16, 
1996''.
