II. Extension of Comment Period
Several parties who have been actively involved in the proceedings
relating to the proposed revisions have requested additional time for
their organizations to review the proposal and prepare and coordinate
their responses. BTS is therefore extending the comment period to
January 15, 1999, a period that includes additional time to avoid a
deadline occurring immediately after the holidays.
