E3-00374. Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Tariff Filing

Take notice that on November 13, 2003, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed in Appendix A to the filing, with an effective date of February 16, 2003.

Tennessee states that the revised tariff sheets in Appendix A are being filed in accordance with the Commission's October 24, 2003 order in the referenced proceeding, which relates to Tennessee's previous filings to revise certain of its tariff provisions that primarily deal with the demonstration and maintenance of creditworthiness by Tennessee's customers. Tennessee is filing the tariff sheets attached as Appendix B to incorporate tariff language that has been previously approved by the Commission in intervening orders that are unrelated to Tennessee's creditworthiness proceeding.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
