National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute; Notice of a Closed 
Meeting

    Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, As 
amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
Heart, Lung, and Blood Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) meeting:

    Name of SEP: Review of Minority Applications (K14s).
    Date: December 12-13, 1995.
    Time: 8:00 p.m.
    Place: Holiday Inn Bethesda, Bethesda, Maryland.

    Purpose/Agenda: To review and evaluate grant applications.
    The meeting will be closed in accordance with the provisions set

confidential trade secrets or commerical property such as patentable 
material and personal information concerning individuals associated 
with the applications and/or proposals, the disclosure of which 
would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
