Acquisitions of Shares of Banks or Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 95-27629) published on pages 
56337 and 56338 of the issue for Wednesday, November 8, 1995.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City heading, the entry 
for American National Corporation, is revised to read as follows:
    1. American National Corporation, Omaha, Nebraska; to acquire 100 
percent of the voting shares of Else Investment Company, Fairbury 
Nebraska, and thereby indirectly acquire Fairbury State Bank, Fairbury, 
Nebraska.
    Comments on this application must be received by December 1, 1995.
