Acquisitions of Shares of Banks or Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 95-27777) published on pages 
56600 and 56601 of the issue for Thursday, November 9, 1995.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond heading, the entry for 
Pioneer Community Group, Inc., is revised to read as follows:
    1. Pioneer Community Group, Inc., Iaeger, West Virginia; to become 
a bank holding company by acquiring 100 percent of the voting shares of 
Bank of Iaeger, Iaeger, West Virginia.
    Comments regarding this application must be received not later than 
November 29, 1995.
