FCC To Hold Open Commission Meeting Wednesday, November 22, 1995

    The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on 
the subject listed below on Wednesday, November 22, 1995, which is 
scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m., in Room 856, at 1919 M Street, 
N.W., Washington, D.C.

1--Mass Media--Title: Broadcast Applications of CBS and 
    Westinghouse. Summary: The Commission will consider the 
    applications of CBS, Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corporation 
    for the transfer of control of the CBS broadcast stations to 
    Westinghouse.

    The prompt and orderly conduct of Commission business requires that 
the meeting be held with less than 7-days notice.
    Action by the Commission November 21, 1995. Commissioners Hundt, 
Chairman; Quello, Barrett, Ness and Chong voting to consider this item.
