Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

November 20, 1996.
    Take notice that on November 15, 1996, Koch Gateway Pipeline 
Company (Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet, with an 
effective date of April 12, 1996.

Third Sub First Revised Sheet No. 1408

    Koch states that these revised tariff sheets are filed to comply 
with the Commission's ``Order Accepting Tariff Sheet Subject to 
Condition'' issued November 5, 1996 in Docket No. RP96-172-002 and 
RP96-172-003.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Regulations. All such motions or protest must be filed in 
accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
