Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice of Technical 
Conference

November 21, 1996.
    An informal technical conference will be convened to discuss issues 
raised by certain parties as directed by the Commission in its November 
4, 1996

order in these proceedings.\1\ Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company 
(Panhandle) should be prepared at the technical conference to address 
such issues and provide further support. With respect to discussion or 
examination of certain materials for which Panhandle requests 
confidential treatment, attendance at the technical conference is 
limited to parties which execute a protective agreement with Panhandle.

    The conference to address the issues has been scheduled for 
Tuesday, December 10, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at
