AGENCY: Advisory Commission to the President of the United States.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The agenda for the first meeting of the Commission to Study 
Capital Budgeting includes a discussion of organizational and process 
issues, including staffing requirements and the need for subcommittees; 
the work of the Commission, particularly the goals and objectives of 
the Commission, and the major issues and question requiring background 
research and evaluation; the schedule and location for the next and 
subsequent meetings of the Commission.

DATES: December 13, 1997.

TIME: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
