Number of Respondents: 166,000.

Responses per Respondent: 1.

Annual Responses: 166,000.

Average Burden per Response: 2 minutes.

Annual Burden Hours: 6,000.

Needs and Uses: This information collection requirement is necessary to determine the kind and quality of services DFAS customers want and expect, as well as their satisfaction with the DFAS existing services.

Affected Public: Individuals or households; business or other for-profit; not-for-profit institutions; Federal Government; and state, local, or tribal governments.

Frequency: Annually.

Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.
