    In rule document 95-20984 beginning on page 44276 in the issue of 
Friday, August 25, 1995, make the folling corrections:


Sec. 49.2  [Corrected]

    1. On page 44277, in the 1st column, in Sec. 49.2(a), the 11th line 
should read ``the Antitrust Division), shall, unless''.


Sec. 49.3  [Corrected]

    2. On page 44277, in the second column, in Sec. 49.3 introductory 
text, in the sixth line, ``agent'' should read ``agents''.
