Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors

TIME AND DATE: The Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation 
will meet by telephone on Saturday, November 30, 1996. The meeting will 
begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

LOCATION: Members of the Corporation's staff and the public will be 
able to hear and participate in the meeting by means of telephonic 
conferencing equipment set up for this purpose in the Corporation's 
Conference Room, on the 10th floor of 750 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20002.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

    1. Approval of Agenda.
    2. Consider and act on proposed Report of the Board of Directors 
to accompany the Inspector General's Semi-annual Report to the 
Congress for the period of April 1, 1996-September 30, 1996.
