Mississippi River Transmission Corporation; Notice of Technical 
Conference

November 22, 1999.
    In the Commission's order issued on October 28, 1999, the 
Commission directed that a technical conference be held to address 
various issues related to Mississippi River Transmission Corporation's 
filing to adjust its Fuel and Loss Percentages.
    Take notice that the technical conference will be held on 
Wednesday, December 8, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at 
the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First 
Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426.
    All interested parties and Staff are permitted to attend.
