Correction

    In proposed rule document 97-25129 beginning on page 49642, in the 
issue of Tuesday, September 23, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 49642, in the second column, in the DATES section, in the 
last line, ``March 23, 1998.'' should read ``180 days after its date of 
publication in the Federal Register.''
