Midcoast Interstate Transmission, Inc.; Notice of Site Visit

October 28, 1998.
    On November 5 and 6, 1998, the Office of Pipeline Regulation (OPR) 
staff will conduct a site visit, with representatives of Midcoast 
Interstate Transmission, Inc., of construction activities in Colbert 
County, Alabama.
    All interested parties may attend. Those planning to attend must 
provide their own transportation.
