        e. Name of Project: Upper North Fork Feather River Hydroelectric 
    Project.
        f. Location: On the North Fork Feather River and Butt Creek in 
    Plumas County, California.
        g. Filed Pursuant to: Section 15 of the Federal Power Act, 18 CFR 
    16.6 of the Commission's regulations.
        h. Effective date of original license: November 1, 1954.
        i. Expiration date of original license: October 31, 2004.
        j. The project consists of the Butt Valley powerhouse with an 
    installed capacity of 41 megawatts (MW), the Caribou No. 1 powerhouse 
    with an installed capacity of 75 MW, the

    Caribou No. 2 powerhouse with an installed capacity of 120 MW, the Oak 
    Flat powerhouse with an installed capacity of 1.3 MW, and the Belden 
    powerhouse with an installed capacity of 125 MW.

    October 31, 2002.
