    Summary: EPA expressed environmental concerns about watershed and old-forest wildlife species impacts, and requested additional information on post-project BMP monitoring of water quality Best Management Practices (BMPs). EPA continues to recommend the selection of Alternative D as less environmentally damaging alternative. Rating EC2.
