Hemisphere Forwarding, Inc.; Correction

    By notice published in the Federal Register on Monday, October 31, 
1994 (59 FR 54454) Hemisphere Forwarding, Inc. (``Hemisphere'') was 
listed among other freight forwarders as having its ocean freight 
forwarder license (No. 2731) revoked because of a failure to maintain a 
valid surety bond on file with the Commission. This notice was in 
error. Hemisphere should not have been included on this notice. 
Accordingly, the October 31, 1994 notice is modified to remove 
Hemisphere from the October 31, 1994 notice.
    It is so ordered.
