Endangered and Threatened Species Permits Issued
AGENCY: Fish and Wildlife Service, Interior.
ACTION: Notice of Permits Issued for the Months of June, July, August,
and September 1995.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has
taken the following action with regard to permit applications duly
received in accordance with section 10 of the Endangered Species Act of
1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1539, et seq.). Each permit listed as
issued was granted only after it was determined that it was applied for
in good faith, that by granting the permit it will not be to the
disadvantage of the endangered species, and that it will be consistent
with the purposes and policy set forth in the Endangered Species Act of
1973, as amended.
