Risk Assessment and Risk Management Commission

    Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-463, 
notice is hereby given that the Risk Assessment and Risk Management 
Commission established as an Advisory Committee under Section 303 of 
the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, will meet on January 17, 1996 at 
the One Washington Circle Hotel at 1 Washington Circle, Washington, 
D.C. subject to availability of funding. Unexpected budget problems 
prevented the Commission from meeting during the months of October, 
November and December. If the Federal government is still on a 
continuing resolution, please call the hotel to ascertain if the 
meeting is still being held (202-872-1680).
    A copy of the agenda can be obtained by calling 202-233-9537 or fax 
note to 202-233-9540. Please be sure to include your fax number when
