AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Final rule; Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal 
Register on October 11, 1996 (61 FR 53554), that adjusts the maximum 
Civil Monetary Penalties under statutes within the jurisdiction of the 
NRC. This action is necessary to correct an erroneous Regulation 
Identifier Number (RIN).
