Army Science Board; Notice of Open Meeting

    In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (P.L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee Meeting:

    Name of Committee: Army Science Board (ASB).
    Date of Meeting: 6 & 7 November 1996.
    Time of Meeting: 0900-1600, (both days).
    Place: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
    Agenda: The Army Science Board (ASB) Issue Group Study on 
``Groundwater Treatment Systems (GWTS)'' will review the Army's 
remedial alternative selection decision process for GWTS, and visit 
a groundwater technology site. These meetings will be open to the 
public. Any interested person may attend, appear before, or file 
statements with the committee at the time and in the manner
