Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors Committee on 
Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services

TIME AND DATE: The Committee on Provision for the Delivery of Legal 
Services of the Legal Services Corporation Board of Directors will meet 
on November 15, 1998. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. and continue 
until conclusion of the committee's agenda.

LOCATION: 9th Floor Conference Center of 750 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, DC 20002.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

1. Approval of agenda.
2. Approval of minutes of the September 11, 1998, meeting of the 
committee.
3. Report on the Technology Conference held at Airlie House, Maryland, 
in September of this year.
4. Report on the State Planning Process.
5. Consider and act on other business.
