Take notice that on October 16, 2002, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company submitted an application pursuant to section 204 of the Federal Power Act seeking authorization to issue no more than $700 million of short term unsecured promissory notes, commercial paper notes, medium term notes, and guarantees of assumptions of liabilities or obligations with a final maturity date no later than December 31, 2005.
