Correction

    In notice document 96-23553 beginning on page 48715 in the issue of 
Monday, September 16, 1996 make the following corrections:
    1. On page 48716, in Table I, under Region V, under Illinois, in 
the third column, ``5,860,119'' should read ``5,680,119''.
    2. On the same page, in Table I, under Region V, under Ohio, in the 
third column, ``5,888,625'' should read ``3,888,625''.
