AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 286C2 to Keaau, Hawaii, as that
community's first local aural transmission service, in response to a
petition filed by Deborah Takehiro Ombac. See 61 FR 40775, August 6,
1996. Coordinates used for Channel 286C2 at Keaau, Hawaii, are 19-37-30
and 155-02-24. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective December 9, 1996. The window period for filing
applications for Channel 286C2 at Keaau, Hawaii, will open on December
9, 1996, and close on January 9, 1997.
