Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Change in FERC 
Gas Tariff

October 31, 1996.
    Take notice that on October 29, 1996, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet, to be 
effective August 31, 1996:

Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 3702

    Koch states that this tariff sheet updates the tariff sheet 
approved in Koch's Negotiated Rates Filing, Docket No. RP96-320, by 
incorporating the language approved on October 23, 1996 in Docket No. 
RP96-244. Koch states that no other changes are being made at this 
time.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E. 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Regulations. All such protest must be filed as provided in 
Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
