SUMMARY:

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Tennessee Advisory Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 to review, discuss, and update the draft report on civil rights issues related to civil asset forfeiture in the state.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at 12:30 p.m. EST.
