Clean Air Act Approval and Promulgation of Employee Commute
Options Program; Indiana
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.
ACTION: Direct final rule; removal.

SUMMARY: On August 18, 1994, (59 FR 42506) the United States
Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) approved a revision to the
Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Employee Commute
Options (ECO) program without prior proposal. The rule approved an ECO
program for the severe ozone nonattainment area that includes Lake and
Porter Counties. The USEPA is removing this final rule due to the
adverse comments received on this rule. In a subsequent final rule,
USEPA will summarize and respond to the comments received and announce
final rulemaking action on this requested Indiana SIP revision on ECO.
EFFECTIVE DATE: November 7, 1994.
