November 1, 1994.
    Take notice that on Thursday, November 17, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., the 
Commission's Staff will convene a technical conference to allow parties 
to address the issues outlined in the Commission's August 31, 1994, 
order in Docket Nos. RP94-343-000 and RP94-237-000.\1\ The technical 
conference will be held in a room to be designated at the offices of 
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426. All interested persons and Staff are permitted 
to attend.
