Antidumping Duty Administrative Reviews; Time Limits

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time limits for certain antidumping duty 
administrative reviews.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the 
time limits for preliminary and final determinations in certain 
administrative reviews of various antidumping duty orders and findings, 
pursuant to the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (URAA).

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 7, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Background

    Commerce has delayed conducting administrative reviews of the 
following orders and findings, pending the development of new 
questionnaire that accord with the URAA.
    Since it is not practicable to complete the following reviews 
within the time limits mandated by the URAA (245 days from the last day 
of the anniversary month for preliminary determinations, 120 additional 
days for final determinations), pursuant to Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the 
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the Department is extending the time 
limits as follows:
