LEGAL SERVICES CORPORATION

Special Litigation Committee Meeting

TIME AND DATE: The Special Litigation Committee of the Legal Services 
Corporation's Board of Directors will meet by telephone on November 13, 
1995. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m.

PLACE: Legal Services Corporation, 750 First Street NE, 11th Floor, 
Washington, DC 20002, [phone].

STATUS OF MEETING: Closed. In accordance with a vote of the majority of 
the Board of Directors to hold an executive session, the Committee will 
discuss with counsel, consider and act on issues involved in pending 
civil litigation to which the Corporation is a party. The closing is 
authorized by the relevant section of the Government in the Sunshine 
Act [5 U.S.C. Sec. 552b(c)(10)] and the Legal Services Corporation's 
regulation on public access to its meetings [45 CFR Sec. 1622.5(h)]. 
The closing will be certified by the Corporation's General Counsel as 
authorized by the above-cited provisions of law. A copy of the General 
Counsel's certification will be posted for public inspection at the 
Corporation's headquarters, 750 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20002, 
in its eleventh floor reception area, and will otherwise be available 
upon request.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

Closed Session:

    1. Consider and act on issues involved in civil litigation to 
which the Corporation is a party.
