Incident: Severe Wind Storm associated with Tropical Depression Ike.

Incident Period: 09/14/2008.

Effective Date: 10/24/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/23/2008.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/24/2009.
