Texas Gas Transmission Corp.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC
Gas Tariff
November 2, 1994.
Take notice that on October 31, 1994, Texas Gas Transmission
Corporation (Texas Gas) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff
sheets, with a proposed effective date of December 1, 1994:
Second Revised Seventh Revised Sheet No. 10
Second Revised Fourth Revised Sheet No. 11
First Revised Sheet No. 11.1
Second Revised Ninth Revised Sheet No. 12
Texas Gas States that the revised tariff sheets are being filed
pursuant to Sec. 33.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Texas
Gas's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, to recover ninety
percent (90%) of its Gas Supply Realignment costs from its firm
transportation customers and ten percent (10%) of its Gas Supply
Realignment Costs from its IT customers. The GSR costs, including
applicable interest, proposed to be recovered by Texas Gas's fourth GSR
recovery filing total $10,708,882.
Texas Gas states that copies of the revised tariff sheets are being
mailed to Texas Gas's affected jurisdictional customers, those
appearing on the applicable service lists, and interested state
commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C.
20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed on
or before November 9, 1994. Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person
wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
