Texas; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
State of Texas, (FEMA-1041-DR), dated October 18, 1994, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: November 1, 1994.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State
of Texas dated October 18, 1994, is hereby amended to include Public
Assistance in the following areas among those areas determined to have
been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by
the President in his declaration of October 18, 1994:
The counties of Fayette, Grimes, Harris, Jackson, Lavaca,
Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Trinity,
Walker, Waller, and Wharton for Public Assistance (Already
designated for Individual Assistance.)
