Caribbean Fishery Management Council; Public Meetings

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meetings.

SUMMARY: The Caribbean Fishery Management Council's (Council) 
Scientific and Statistical Committee (SSC) and its Advisory Panel (AP) 
will hold separate meetings to discuss the Conch Fishery Management 
Plan (FMP).
    The SSC will meet on November 22, 1994. The AP will meet on 
November 23, 1994. The meetings will be held at the Pierre Hotel, San 
Juan, PR. Both meetings will begin at 10 a.m. and will adjourn at 4 
p.m.
    The meetings are open to the public, and will be conducted in the 
English language. However, simultaneous translation (English-Spanish) 
will be available at the AP meeting.
    Fishers and other interested persons are invited to attend. Members 
of the public will be allowed to submit oral or written statements 
regarding agenda issues.
