procedure so that interruptible service will be allocated on the basis
of the price paid, (3) to clarify the time nominations are due and
explain that nominations can occur through pipeline segments, and (4)
to make a number of minor ministerial changes to, for example,
eliminate redundant language and indicate the person to whom requests
    should be made.
Iroquois states that copies of this filing were served upon all
jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should

become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection
    in the public reference room.
